The 2nd International Workshop on November 10-11 2015 saw 75 representatives from governments, the private sector, research institutions and non- governmental organizations from Europe and Africa. The event was structured in a few plenary sessions with introductory presentations in the topics to be discussed, followed by in-depth working sessions in which different questions were solved through group discussion.
